Cancellation policy

Reservation Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth running of our meetings, events, and workshops, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Deadline: All cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your reservation or workshop. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (serious illness, family emergency, etc.), we will review any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Procedure: Cancellation must be notified in writing (email, online form, or any other method indicated during registration). You will receive an acknowledgment confirming that your cancellation has been processed. Refund or Postponement: If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling to another session may be offered, depending on the conditions set at the time of booking. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice (excluding cases of force majeure), cancellation fees or partial postponement may apply. Special Cases: In certain situations, specific conditions may apply (long events, special sessions, etc.). Please refer to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
